At Shihlin, we’re obsessed with the flavours we create. That’s why we only source our ingredients from Taiwan, using the same fresh, high-quality produce trusted by the original vendors at Shilin Night Market.
In our kitchens, we take special care to preserve the authentic flavours of Taiwanese street food, while at the same time, building on them. By drawing on familiar tastes, we craft innovative new creations that keep our menu fresh — and unmistakably Shilin.
